Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as Posti and DHL depending on your location.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

  • Finland: Free shipping

  • EU & International: Calculated at checkout based on destination

Returns

Return Policy

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@botoxmagazine.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide detailed return instructions

  3. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized products (unless defective)

Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
